Chehalem Physical Therapy is a One Passâ„¢ participating fitness facility. One Pass provides eligible members with no-cost fitness memberships through arrangements with certain health plans.
One Pass is provided by Healthy Contributions. If your health plan offers One Pass and you would like to know more information about our facility's gym, please contact our office.
